Tyler Cotten joined the HA family at the beginning of his sophomore year of high school. He is a member of the National Senior Beta and Monogram Clubs. Tyler played basketball and baseball during his time at HA. He was All-Conference in basketball in grades 10 and 12. In Tyler’s spare time, he enjoys AAU basketball, participating in various sports, watching all sports events, wake surfing, and spending time on the lake with friends. He volunteered as an assistant coach for Upward Basketball. Tyler also has worked for Lake Gaston Jet Ski, Powersports, and Marine for the past three summers. Tyler attends Enterprise Baptist Church.

Tyler is the son of Kristie and Jason Cotten of Littleton. He has one younger brother, Luke. Tyler plans to attend East Carolina University in the fall and pursue a Sports Studies major.

Hanna Paul is a member of the National Senior Beta, Octagon, and Monogram Clubs. She also participates in our Student Government Association as a member of the color guard team. Hanna was crowned HA’s 2022 Homecoming Queen. She cheered for HA in grades 7-12. Hanna also participated in Valley Cheer for thirteen years and Myrick School of Dance for fifteen years. She has worked for the Rock: Home of Myrick School of Dance and Valley Cheer for over five years. Hanna also has worked for Creative Designs for 1 ½ years. In Hanna’s spare time, she enjoys going to the lake and shopping.

Hanna is the daughter of Tracie and Chris Paul of Roanoke Rapids. Her older brother, Austin, graduated from HA in 2014. Upon graduation from high school, Hanna plans to attend the Alexander Paul Institute of Hair Design.

Wil Harrell is a member of the Monogram Club. He has served as manager for the varsity football team and JV & Varsity baseball teams during his high school career. Wil often announces baseball games as well. He recently was crowned prom king.In Wil’s spare time, he enjoys bowling, watching ball games, going to the beach, and spending time with family & friends.

Wil is the son of Teresa and Jay Harrell of Roanoke Rapids. He plans to attend Edgecombe Community College. He would like to pursue a career as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. 

Wyatt Clay joined the HA family in the eleventh grade. He is a member of the National Senior Beta Club. He also is playing varsity baseball this year. In Wyatt’s spare time, he enjoys playing video games and learning new trades, such as building decks. He volunteers with the Stray Cats Hot Rod Association during cruise-ins and car shows. Wyatt has worked at Thousand Trails Lake Gaston as a maintenance technician for the past two summers.

Wyatt plans to attend Halifax Community College in the fall and pursue a degree in the Industrial Maintenance Program. Wyatt is the son of Diane and Daniel Clay from Roanoke Rapids. He has one older sister, Harleigh. 

Faith Peebles joined the HA family in the 11th grade. She is a member of the National Senior Beta Club. She also is the Octagon Club’s historian. At school, Faith enjoys assisting with the kindergarten class. Faith was recently crowned prom queen. In Faith’s spare time, she enjoys shopping, watching movies, and spending time with her family.

In the fall, Faith plans to attend Pitt Community College and pursue a degree in respiratory therapy. Faith is the daughter of Loretta and Mark Peebles of Enfield. She has two older siblings, Laquannah and Rahmel.
