Madelyn Wommack is the secretary for our chapters of the National Senior Beta and Octagon Clubs. She is the student body secretary for our Student Government Association. During the school year, Madelyn has taken an active role in our greenhouse project.

Madelyn is a talented artist. Her creativity can be seen on our campus with the Viking Ship mural displayed in the gymnasium. She also used her artistic skills to create a window mural for Hope for Hardy’s Twight Festival. In addition to art, she also enjoys listening to music, collecting vinyl records, photographing with camera film, and taking nature walks. She loves the mountains and Stevie Nicks. Madelyn works at Camp Willow Springs as a baker.

Madelyn plans to attend Appalachian State University in the fall and major in Graphic Design. She is the daughter of Dana and Matthew Wommack from Weldon. She has a younger sister, Emmaline.
