Community Fundraisers
Trinity Nichole Pulley was born 10-21-09 with a little bit of a large intestine missing. Her intestine just didn't form during the pregnancy. After several complications and surgeries she was sent home. She has to go to Duke Hospital every week to do blood work to check for liver damage which could be a result of the medicine she must take. The family does not qualify for Medicaid and the mom in unemployed because Trinity requires constant care. In order to help raise funds for this family, Kathy Walker, the "Where The Heart Is" team and the "American Legion Post 38"are hosting a fundraiser March 6th, beginning at 3:00 PM at the American Legion building.
